Dwayne Pederson, Lead Pastor
Dwayne is the lead pastor of Lake Country Church, and is known for his relevant, practical and insightful Bible-based teaching and leadership. He has a Master of Divinity degree from Canadian Theological Seminary. Dwayne and his wife Brenda are the parents of three children. 






Joe Harrison, Associate Pastor, Connecting Ministries
Joe grew up in the Okanagan and met Linda while attending the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. They married and moved to the prairies where they both taught in Christian schools. Their three children, Gordie, Daniel, & Kimberlee were all born in Saskatchewan.
Attending the Canadian Theological Seminary (C&MA) part time Joe served as an associate pastor in Regina. Sensing a call to churchplanting, the family moved to Kelowna in 1999 and began pastoring in Lake Country the following year.
Joe loves music, reading, hanging out with friends and spending time with the family.
Heidi Maskell, Director of Worship and Creative Arts
Heidi grew up in Hamilton, Ontario and began singing church solos at the age of five. She completed 11 years of Royal Conservatory training in piano and.began leading worship in her teens.
Heidi received her college diploma as Legal Secretary and worked in law offices for 7 years. She met her husband, Steve in church and they married in 1983. They have four boys. They worked as pioneering tentmaker missionaries with aboriginal people in Mt. Currie, BC from 1988 to 1991. Heidi also worked as volunteer worship director at Pemberton Christian Fellowship for 9 years before moving to the Okanagan, where both Heidi and Steve lead worship at Lake Country Church. Heidi's life's purpose is "to inspire people to get to know Jesus".
Heidi loves to write and sing worship songs, interior design, computers, golfing, traveling, spending time with family and friends and trying new things. She also helps with the management of her husband's Commercial/Residential Construction business.
Lee Hollinshead, Pastor of Youth & Young Adults
Lee and his wife Jana came to LCC in April of 2008.
Sue Manning, Reception and First Impressions
Sue grew up in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. She was employed for fifteen years by the Saskatchewan government before moving to the Okanagan in 1993. She is married to Cam Manning, and they have three sons. She has been on staff at Lake Country Church since 1995 and is known in the office as "Sue from Duck Lake" or SueM.
Sue Dumaine, Reception and Finances
Sue was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and was raised in the prairies. She graduated from high school in 1979 and held various office positions. She married John in 1981 and 5 years later left her position as manager of a Uniroyal Tire Centre to raise their family. Sue & John have been married for 27 years and have two adult sons together. Sue has taken part leading the Alpha Program in our church for six years. She is passionate about others coming to know and encounter Jesus.
She is known in the office as "Sue from Wood Lake" or SueD.
